Following the second deadly crash of a brand-new Boeing aircraft 737 Max8 in five months ( Indonesian Lion Air flight that crashed over the Java Sea in late October, killing all 189 people on board and the recent Ethiopian Airlines deadly crash today, which took the lives of all the 157 passengers on board), are there enough reasons to question the safety of the new model aircraft, Boeing 737 Max8? Having in mind that the two crashed planes were still a brand new model, could the crashes be attributed to possible manufacturing faults or defects? If yes, how else could this tragedy be avoided in the future? Or could the accidents have been simply caused by some of those normal technical problems, which could have occurred in any other aircraft?
