Rice and Beef with Fried Potatoes and Spinach

Ingredients (for 4 people) 500g beef,  600g potatoes, 500g tomatoes, 1kg
spinach, 400g rice, 2 onions, 5 tablespoons olive oil, 1 pepper, garlic, water, salt, 2 bouillon.  
           
Preparation Time: 20 minutes      
Cooking time: 45 minutes

Preparation Method :  

1: Cut the beef, wash and cook it for 30 minutes. In between, peel and cut both onions and garlic. Wash and cut the spinach, tomatoes, and pepper. Add half of the cut onions, garlic, and pepper to the cooking beef. 

2: Cook the tomatoes in a pot. Remove the water. Once the water is dry, add oil to the tomatoes. Fry for 5 minutes with a bit of onion, garlic, and pepper. Remove the cooking beef from the sauce. Keep the sauce apart. Add the beef to the tomatoes. Fry together with the tomatoes under a low temperature. Add more oil if necessary. Add the meat sauce. Add 1 bouillon and salt to taste. Cook for 10 minutes.
 
3: Meanwhile, wash the rice and boil it with water in a rice cooker. Cook till the rice is soft and done. Wash and cut the potatoes with the skin intact. Cook in water and salt for 10 minutes. Remove potatoes from the water and grill it in an oven till the colour gets brown.

4:
Fry the spinach for 5 minutes in a pan with 1 tablespoon of oil. Add the remaining ingredients and salt to taste.

5: Serve rice, spinach, and stew together.
