The Chief Prosecutor of the ICC appeals the dismissal of the Gbagbo and Blé Goudé case by the International Criminal Court (ICC).

Background: The ICC Appeals Chamber is holding a hearing to hear further submissions on the Prosecution’s Appeal against the decision of ICC Trial Chamber I in relation to the release of Laurent Gbagbo and Charles Blé Goudé following their acquittal.
